BICYCLE WARRANTY SERVICE

Decathlon USA will continue to provide warranty service on Decathlon and B'Twin bicycles.

This service will be provided through several local bicycle shops, but you must first call

1-800-517-5140

in order to establish a claim

You will be asked to provide a description of the bicycle and your name and address.

If your bicycle is covered under our warranty, you will be sent a warranty referral card which will provide you with a selection of local bicycle shops.
